Please Note : As Riverview is on the second floor, because of the stairs, it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

From the Bay window there are lovely views over the Harbour, Railway, and up to Whitby Abbey.

The double bedroom is at the back of the property, with plenty of storage. The ensuite Bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin, WC, and a washer/Dryer.

The residential streets to the rear of  Riverview have no parking restrictions.  

This area gets very busy during peak times and it can be difficult to park. We would advise that during busy times of the Year, you consider using either of the Scarborough Borough Council owned Long Stay car parks situated in the Harbour area. These are the Endeavour Wharf, and Marina Back car parks, which are both on Langbourne Road, YO21 1YN.
